Eating Disorder Treatment

Healing from an eating disorder requires more than just nutritional changes—it involves addressing the emotional, behavioral, and relational patterns that shape your relationship with food and body image. At Clear Light Therapy, we take a multidisciplinary approach, working in coordination with registered dietitians, primary care physicians, and, when needed, psychiatrists to ensure whole-person care.

We treat individuals struggling with:
• Anorexia
• Bulimia
• Binge eating disorder
• Orthorexia
• Chronic dieting
• Body dysmorphia
• Disordered eating without a formal diagnosis

Our therapy is CBT- and DBT-informed, blending structure with flexibility. We focus on helping clients:
• Identify and challenge unhelpful thoughts
• Regulate overwhelming emotions
• Develop skills for self-compassion and distress tolerance
• Build a healthier relationship with food and body

We support clients across all stages of recovery—from those beginning to question their relationship with food to individuals stepping down from higher levels of care.
